Responsibilities include selling insurance products to clients, providing exceptional customer service, understanding insurance offerings, and leveraging insurance brokerage strategies to meet customer needs. Representatives are also expected to build strong client relationships, follow up on leads, and develop effective sales strategies to meet targets.
