Job Description:

Responsible for patient assessments, care plans, plan implementation and evaluation and revision of therapy plan as needed. Performs diagnostic testing including ABG's, PFT's, EKG's, cardiac, bronchoscopy, and pulse oximetry. Transports patients within the hospital or between facilities.

Responsibilities:

Patient assessments and care planning
Implementation and evaluation of therapy plans
Performing diagnostic testing such as ABG's, PFT's, EKG's
Transportation of patients within hospital or between facilities

Requirements:

Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Education Program
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC
1 year of respiratory therapy experience, preferred
Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
