Position: Bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator

Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00PM-6:00AM (1 hour lunch) shift can change.

About the Role:
We are actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator to support our client’s warehouse operations in North Las Vegas.

This critical role requires a dedicated team player with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As the primary on-site liaison, you will manage all staffing functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring that workforce needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact on-site for both client management and temporary employees
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job order management, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Facilitate comprehensive onboarding, including safety training and verification processes (OSHA, HazCom, I-9)
• Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure adherence to all labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations
• Address employee performance and workplace concerns promptly and professionally
• Prepare and submit detailed staffing reports and documentation as required

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Demonstrated experience in staffing coordination, recruitment, or human resources preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-volume work environment
• Proven team player committed to supporting a busy and growing team
