Duties
Help
Analyzes major programs and projects to identify trends, risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement and provides recommendations to leadership.
Develops and manages long-term financial plans and annual budgets to ensure funding supports organizational priorities and project goals.
Advises managers and project teams on funding, policies, resource needs, and changes required to keep programs on track.
Prepares and coordinates major budget requests, supporting documents, and presentations for senior leadership and congressional review.
Monitors project funding, staffing needs, and workload to ensure resources are properly allocated and available to meet program objectives.
