The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and capable of balancing reactive support tasks with proactive relationship management. Core Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticket systems (Salesforce) Maintain an average of 20 support interactions/day while ensuring professional service and accurate records Provide onboarding and ongoing check-ins with assigned professional accounts Manage ~100 salon/spa or professional accounts with a focus on growth, retention, and satisfaction Identify upsell opportunities and promote product launches and seasonal collections Troubleshoot application issues and ensure product usage compliance and education Monitor account health and surface trends or concerns to internal teams Maintain CRM data hygiene and contribute to internal improvement initiatives Requirements Key Qualifications 2+ years in Customer Service, Account Management, or a client-facing support role Strong multitasking and time management skills Experience handling inbound calls while managing a book of business Analytical problem-solving with empathy and communication excellence Knowledge of the professional nail/cosmetics industry preferred Systems & Tools Syspro (ERP) Shopify (ecommerce) Salesforce (ticketing and live chat) Yotpo (reviews and loyalty) Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
