Before becoming an agent, I spent 20 years in sales, and I bring that same energy, drive, and people-first mindset into our office every day. I attended the University of Michigan, and outside of work you'll usually find me staying active - I love pickleball, basketball, backpacking, and spending time with my four kids.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Burt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Prepare quotes for new and existing customers.
• Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Must be comfortable with a high number of inbound/outbound calls.

* Please note: This role will be primarily remote, however initial training must be completed in-office*

Flexible work from home options available.


Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
