Want to learn how a growing local business actually operates?

ECI Comfort is looking for a college student or recent graduate who wants real-world business experience.

You won't spend your internship getting coffee or watching from the sidelines. Flexible hours with good pay!

You will work directly with our team and learn about:

• Customer experience
• Sales
• Scheduling and dispatch
• Marketing
• Recruiting
• Business systems
• Home-service operations

A large part of the position will involve working with our Client Care team, answering customer calls and helping schedule appointments.

You will also have opportunities to learn other parts of the company based on your interests and performance.

No HVAC experience is required.
