This role works independently and collaboratively across the organization to track priorities, gather input, meet deadlines, and ensure accurate, timely, and professional support for day-to-day business operations.Responsibilities and QualificationsOrganizes and coordinates team events and related logistics to support engagement, communication, and effective team synergy.Coordinates responses to internal and external requests for information by gathering input from appropriate team members, tracking deadlines, consolidating responses, and ensuring timely completion.Collects, organizes, validates, and compiles data from multiple sources to support reporting, business reviews, operational tracking, and leadership decision-making.Prepares presentations, meeting materials, summaries, and other documents by formatting content, incorporating data and team input, proofreading, and ensuring materials are accurate and professionally presented.Performs general administrative tasks on behalf of team members, including processing invoices, completing security access requests, maintaining files, tracking assignments, and supporting routine operational needs.Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate input from multiple stakeholders and prepare clear, accurate responses and summaries.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities independently.Ability to collect, compile, validate, and present data accurately for reports, presentations, and operational tracking.Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting materials.Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information.Knowledge:Working knowledge of business operations, administrative processes, invoice coordination, security access request procedures, and team support workflows.Knowledge of department functions, organizational structure, office policies, and procedures sufficient to coordinate requests and support team activities effectively.Experience:5 years of experience in administrative coordination, business operations support, team coordination, data compilation, or a related support role.Education and Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related business coursework preferred.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, and see.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 5 pounds.About UsWe recognize that work is a part of life, not separate from it, and foster a flexible environment where your health and wellbeing are prioritized.
