This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with older adults while playing an important role in their nutrition, health, and overall well-being.You'll work closely with a Registered Dietitian and an interdisciplinary care team to support the nutritional needs of PACE participants. Under the supervision of the Registered Dietitian, you'll provide nutrition screening, follow-up, education, care coordination, and other nutrition services that help participants achieve their health and quality-of-life goals.As a Dietetic Technician or Nutrition Associate, you'll have a varied role that combines nutrition services, program participant support, care coordination, and community resources.What We're Looking ForWe welcome candidates who meet either of the following education/credential pathways:Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR or NDTR) who holds an Associate's degree and has completed an ACEND-accredited Dietetic Technician program; orBaccalaureate Degree (or higher) graduate who has completed an ACEND- accredited Didactic Program in Nutrition and Dietetics.Additional qualifications include:Minimum of one year of experience working with older adults or a frail/medically complex population required.Experience working in a community-based program or interdisciplinary care setting preferred.Current Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation required.Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.A compassionate, team-oriented approach and genuine interest in supporting older adults.Why McGregor PACE?PACE is different from traditional healthcare.
