Quick Facts:

• Location: Hollywood, FL
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• End Date/Duration: Ongoing staffing
• Shift: 24-hour rotations at Level III units, 10- or 12-hour day shifts, 12- or 16-hour night shifts at Level IV unit
• Hours/week: Varies depending on shift schedule
• Employment Type: Full-time
• License/Certs: Board Certified NNP (must be certified as such, no FNP/PNP accepted)
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP required; not suitable for new graduates

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal care within a high-acuity NICU environment
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor neonatal patients with complex medical conditions using advanced equipment and technology
• Participate in rotating shifts across multiple hospital units within the healthcare system
• Support and educate families of neonatal patients
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards of care

What You Need:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PNP not accepted)
• 2+ years of NICU experience, ideally in a Level III/IV facility
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
