JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Physician Specialty: Family Medicine Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Cumming, GA 30041 Service Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: ASAP – Sep 30, 2026 Shift Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8a – 5p Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered by Agency PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 20 Case Mix: All ages FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 APP, 3 Office Staff PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: No Temporary Privileges Available: No Credentialing Timeline: 21 days Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Maintain accurate and timely medical records within the Epic EMR system. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team including RNs, MAs, and PA/NPs.
