Cultural Strategist Executive

POSITION OVERVIEW This role sits at the heart of what CROWD DNA does: turning cultural curiosity into strategic insight while getting hands‑on with research, analysis, and project delivery. The Cultural Strategy Executive will help move our best thinking forward by supporting rigorous analysis, staying genuinely interested in how we work, and keeping projects on track through clear communication and organised execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop knowledge and craft by showing curiosity about people, culture and brands Master core analysis techniques by learning to identify early themes and patterns in data with accuracy and enthusiasm Take responsibility for delivery by agreeing with Project Leads how much time should be dedicated to tasks Communicate workload and deadlines clearly by asking for help when needed Gain exposure to commercial basics by engaging with proposal proofing, imagery, thought starters and brainstorms Contribute positively to team collaboration by listening actively to Project Leads and seniors; clarifying objectives when needed; communicating respectfully and professionally; supporting peers and contributing to a friendly, inclusive team atmosphere Participate in internal initiatives by engaging with Crowd content SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Curious about culture, people and brands; genuine enthusiasm for understanding behaviour and trends An entrepreneurial mindset and openness to try new things and contribute new ideas Excellent attention to detail across writing numbers, and visuals Organised and able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines and work under pressure Problem‑solver; identifies issues and offers solutions proactively Clear communicator; able to present findings confidently to teams and clients Collaborative team player; confident working with peers, seniors and external partners Reliable and professional; consistent on delivery and support to the wider team Self‑managed; takes ownership of workload and raises resource issues transparently Desire to learn new methodologies Experience coordinating fieldwork, managing suppliers or handling project logistics BENEFITS The role comes with a competitive salary starting at $50,000 and clear paths to promotion and to new opportunities.
