The Job We’re looking for a Sun Titan Marketing Specialist to join our team in Woodland, CA, and be the first official hire on the marketing team for Sun Titan. You’re comfortable doing a little bit of everything - managing the website, running paid search and digital advertising, and keeping email and social moving day-to-day, essentially supporting marketing for a growing product line. This is a new role, and Sun Titan's marketing program is early. You won't be inheriting a machine; you'll be rolling up your sleeves and building one. You'll help decide what gets stood up first, whether that's tracking and attribution, the site, or the paid channels, and then you'll do the work yourself rather than handing it off to a bigger team. Strategy is set with your manager, the Director of Sales & Marketing. Your job is to turn that strategy into channel plans, campaigns, and results, and to stay hands-on across all of it: writing the email, updating the site, building the report, adjusting the bids. If you like wearing a lot of hats, this role is mostly hats. You’ll partner closely with our Sun Titan Brand & Partnerships Specialist on co-branded and partner campaigns, and with our Sun Titan Business Development Specialist to make sure the leads your campaigns generate turn into real pipeline. If you love owning a digital program end to end, making a smaller budget go further, and being the person who can tell you exactly where every lead came from, you’ll feel right at home here. Essential job duties: Own day-to-day management of Sun Titan’s marketing across web, SEO/SEM/AEO/GEO, email, and social, translating strategy set with the Director of Sales & Marketing into channel plans and campaigns Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display, and retargeting, to drive leads and sales Own website content, performance, and analytics for the Sun Titan brand, including making updates yourself Manage Sun Titan’s social media presence and content calendar Build and report on digital campaign performance and ROI, connecting spend to leads and closed business Coordinate with Sun Titan Brand & Partnerships team on co-branded and partner digital campaigns Manage day-to-day digital marketing spend and manage vendor and agency relationships Partner with Sun Titan Business Development to make sure digital campaigns generate qualified leads that convert into real pipeline Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product to keep digital campaigns grounded in how customers actually buy Sun Titan High-five your teammates when another generator bites the dust. You might be a great fit if you: Bring 2 to 5 years of hands-on marketing experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on background Have run digital advertising campaigns (paid search, display, retargeting) independently, including budget management and optimization; account-based marketing experience is a plus Have owned a website’s content, performance, and analytics, and are comfortable creating content using content creation tools like Canva or Adobe CS and making updates in the Content Management yourself Run email and social day-to-day, not just plan strategy for someone else to execute Are comfortable in the tools: Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Ortto, among others Would rather build something from scratch than manage something that's already running, and are comfortable with a smaller budget and team than a larger brand might have Are comfortable managing vendor and agency relationships and pacing spend against a budget Have experience partnering with sales or business development to make sure marketing-generated leads actually convert Can leverage AI tastefully and in line with our brand guidelines, using it to boost workflow efficiency without losing the authentic voice our audience connects with Can point to examples of digital campaigns, websites, or reporting dashboards you’ve built or managed Bonus points if you have experience marketing a smaller or emerging product line or brand Extra bonus if you have a background in outdoor living, ranching, agriculture, or emergency preparedness Can troubleshoot creatively and think like a customer Believe in rural resilience and clean technology Want to be part of a team where mission isn’t a buzzword; it’s the reason Why You’ll Love Working Here Comprehensive Benefits: 401K match, health care, paid holidays, PTO, sick leave, and pet insurance.
