Sales Engineer / Account Manager
HiredChina
- BS or MS in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, robotics engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on troubleshooting ability - comfortable with motors, drives, controllers, wiring, and test setups
- Clear written communication: your field reports become the basis for engineering decisions
- Judgment and discipline: you know the difference between responding fast and promising beyond spec
- Multilingual ability is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel as required for customer site visits - Provide first-line technical support under HQ guidelines for U.S. customers, including product-selection responses, application questions, and on-site assistance
- Support customer evaluations, application integration, and prototype/sample validation under HQ specifications and procedures
- Take immediate ownership of quality events in the field: respond on-site, stabilize the situation, and escalate to headquarters engineering - final quality determinations are made by HQ, and you make sure they are based on complete, accurate field facts
- Translate HQ engineering conclusions into clear, actionable guidance customers can execute
- Feed field insights (application types, integration issues, customer technical needs) back to the product team
- Support the sales team with technical demonstrations and pre-sales evaluations
