Sales Engineers
NEKO Lighting
- Bachelor’s degree or above (relevant majors such as International Trade, Business English, and Marketing are preferred).
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) with the ability to communicate with international clients smoothly
- At least 1 year of working experience in foreign trade, with familiarity in export procedures and proven ability to independently develop new customers. Experience in the lighting industry or engineering services is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, a collaborative team spirit, a proactive work attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility. 1.Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients via email, phone, and international exhibitions, establishing long-term and stable partnerships.
- Lead international market development and sales of the company’s products, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide engineering support, including product selection for projects, technical follow-up, full-cycle project management, timely service feedback to ensure project delivery, and coordination with lighting designers to collect required information and implement lighting design solutions.
- Conduct product training and presentations: deliver new product launches and routine product training through client visits or video conferences.
- Participate in international trade shows and support the company’s brand promotion activities.
