We are a physician-led multi-specialty group dedicated to delivering quality care that is rooted in community needs. Benefits:

• Salary Range: $875,000 - $950,000 (based on experience and specialty)

• Incentives: Eligibility for productivity and quality bonuses

• Board Certification: Board Certified

Opportunity Highlights:

• Become part of a well-established and highly regarded cardiovascular surgery program

• Access to spacious operating rooms equipped with cutting-edge technology and outstanding support staff

• Utilize advanced cardiovascular techniques, including minimally invasive DaVinci robotic thoracic procedures, Convergent procedures for atrial fibrillation, and surgeon-led TAVR and MitraClip programs

• Perform over 275 open-heart surgeries, 140 TAVR procedures, and 30 MitraClips each year

• Preference for candidates with more than 5 years of experience post-fellowship

• Preference for candidates who can perform general thoracic surgical procedures, though not mandatory

Shift Details:

• Schedule: Variable scheduling with a 1:4 call rotation
