We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Houston and surrounding communities. The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients make meaningful progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Follow treatment protocols with fidelity and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with families, team members, and supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
