About the Role Our client is looking for a customer-focused and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to manage customer interactions and vehicle service appointments at their busy dealership in Welkom . You will be the primary point of contact for customers, expertly explaining repair needs, providing accurate estimates, and ensuring a positive service experience. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between the customer and the service department, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and accurately ascertain vehicle service needs. Inspect vehicles with customers and explain required maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally. Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization for services. Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of the service department. Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Process repair orders and payments accurately and efficiently. Requirements Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency with dealership management software and general computer applications. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
