Construction Contract Manager
A company operating in the property and construction industry, located in Colorado Springs, is seeking a Construction Contract Manager to manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
The position comes with a strong compensation package including a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 USD, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching program, performance-based bonus opportunities, company truck and gas card provided, and three weeks of paid time off (PTO).
The successful applicant should have experience managing construction projects, preferably in the property industry, strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, strong communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in construction management software and tools.
