Schedule: Night shift, 19:00-07:30, choice of 3x12 or 4x12 schedules, including 3 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period

Highlights:

• 34-bed medical-surgical unit with integrated telemetry capabilities serving adult patients
• Typical nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-7, with acuity-based assignment optimization
• 13-week contract with strong possibility of extension
• Cerner EMR system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• 12-hour orientation with clinical nurse coordinators providing leadership on every shift
• Dynamic team environment with registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, clinical assistants, and patient care technicians collaborating to deliver patient-centered care

Requirements:

• Active RN license (West Virginia or Compact state; pending licenses accepted for submission)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current certifications: BLS (BCLS), ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) through American Heart Association
• Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility location
• Minimum of 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years
• Experience with medical-surgical and telemetry patient populations, including blood product administration, central line management, isolation precautions, IV therapy, wound care, and interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Reliable attendance and professional commitment expected throughout contract duration
