Program Description Longroad Energy’s internship program provides opportunities for undergraduate students to explore careers in renewable energy. In 2027, Longroad will offer paid internship positions that create challenging hands-on learning experiences for college juniors, entering their senior year in the Fall . Selected interns will participate in a 10–12-week summer program that includes onboarding, structured work experience, mentoring, and exposure both to department-specific and company-wide personnel and activities. Job Purpose The intern will meet with various parts of the business throughout the summer. There will be projects from Financial Planning and Reporting, Project Finance, Treasury, Valuation. Work location in Boston, MA and coming into office everyday. Responsibilities Assist with incorporation of AI in to various finance and planning processes Review project budgets and latest forecasts and assist with actuals to budget analysis Review model inputs for new projects and present for incorporation in to future models Qualifications Undergraduate student at a 4-year college Preferred major of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or other related STEM majors GPA of 3.0 or higher Interest in Renewable Energy Industry Curiosity Self-starter Strong written and organizational skills Microsoft Excel proficiency Cover letter highly preferred Interest in renewable energy industry Compensation This role pays $25 hour. Other Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. The Company does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
