MARKETING MANAGER

The Marketing Manager is a key member of the Marketing Team in our corporate office in Woburn, MA. The Marketing Manager will partner with the Vice President of Marketing in developing, planning and executing the Company's strategic marketing initiatives for the overall company as well as each individual community. This individual focuses on marketing strategy, property level advertising campaigns, social media and online reputation management, and the design of marketing collateral.

The standard working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., based on site at our corporate office in Woburn, MA. This position requires regular travel, by car or plane, to communities throughout our portfolio in New England, the Mid-Atlantic and Southwest Florida, up to 75% of the time.

As the Marketing Manager your job functions include:

• Partnering with the Vice President of Marketing to develop and implement the annual marketing strategy, analyzing campaigns and recommending modifications
• Working with Property Managers and Regional Property Managers to maximize property marketing and advertising campaigns, curb appeal and model and clubhouse presentation
• Traveling regularly to communities across the portfolio to visit sites, inspect grounds and buildings, and support on site teams
• Developing local and regional market knowledge across New England, the Mid-Atlantic and Southwest Florida
• Reviewing traffic and lead reports, shopping reports and leasing phone calls, and assisting with company-wide leasing training initiatives
• Managing company social media profiles by developing and posting content, monitoring responses and engaging appropriately
• Working with on-site teams to monitor and address customer reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, ApartmentRatings.com and other platforms
• Designing marketing collateral, including ads, fliers, banners and direct mail pieces
• Conducting annual marketing audits and vetting new marketing products and technologies
• Collaborating with advertising vendors, photographers and videographers to keep marketing assets current
• Attending industry conferences to stay abreast of marketing and technology trends

What You Bring to Us:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment
• Property management industry experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, by car or plane
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and all Microsoft Office programs
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and train before groups
• Ability to think, plan and execute multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills
