MLR Healthcare is seeking a qualified Rad/X-Ray Technologist to join a dynamic team at an established hospital in Hondo. Using imaging equipment and soundwaves to form images of many parts of the body utilized to help doctors diagnose and treat many medical solutions. Pay: $62,546 - $82,903
Schedule: Days & Nights
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing young patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process to children and their parents
- Positioning patients correctly for optimal imaging, operating imaging equipment
- Ensuring radiation safety, and providing clear images to assist in diagnosis, all while adapting to the unique needs of pediatric patients
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Radiology
- ARRT or ARDMS
- Pediatric Experience preferred
- BLS
