Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct support and behavioral interventions in clinic
- Collect data on client progress and report to supervising BCBA
- Foster positive relationships with clients and their families
- Assist in the development of social and communication skills
Compensation and Schedule:
- Pay range: $18-$25/hour
- Full-Time: Guaranteed 30 hours
- Flexible shifts available
Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification
- Experience in ABA therapy preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
