Concessions Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Concessions Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the leadership team in daily quick service/concessions operations. This can include labor management, running the floor, training, ordering inventory, and inventory management.

As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Loveguiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll manage and maintain guest satisfaction in the concession areas.

This is an hourly wage role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the concession venue's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs for all food and beverage outlets within the Resort
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of associates and creating a positive, productive working environment
• Continually strive to develop, coach, and train staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of supervising/management experience within a QSR/Fast Food setting
• RAMP (Responsible alcohol management program) training and certification is required.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
