Your Mission

Welcome all PUMA employees, business guests, and visitors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Serve as a connector across the headquarters, helping occupants navigate the building, understanding resources

Manage all front desk operations, including visitor registration and guest check-ins

Oversee employee and visitor access card programs.

Triage tickets in the ticketing system

Support the Central Services and HR teams in administrative tasks such as ordering catering, processing invoices and other duties as needed

Help plan and execute company events, team lunches, celebrations, and other in-office activities.

Support general office announcements and reminders using internal channels and platforms

Your Talent

Associate's degree required; preferred fields include Hospitality, Communications, or Event Management.

1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, office coordination, or workplace support roles.

Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to create welcoming, positive experiences for employees, guests, and visitors.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Comfortable supporting in-person workplace operations and acting as a first point of contact in an office setting.

Availability for an on-site role, MondayThursday, 7:30 AM12:30 PM

The hiring range base pay for this position is $20.58-$27.37

Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
