Sr Systems Analyst

Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex business problems considering system limitations and capacity. Prepares detail specifications for developers. Provides technical expertise in evaluating new software modifications that will enhance operating and development activities.
Questions For Suppliers:
• What are the top 3 must-haves you will be looking for in the resumes/interviews for this role? What type of software skills is an absolute must have? Strong financial domain technical experience, strong SQL, ETL tool, troubleshooting, architecture and solution.
• What are the top 3 “nice to have” that would separate a successful candidate from their competition? Snowflake, cloud knowledge, asset management domain.
• What type of background would you like this person to have? How many years of experience are required? Technical and 15+ years’ experience.
• Is this role supporting a specific project or initiative, which project or initiative is this role supporting? Alpha platform end to end.
• What will the interview process look like (phone screen, face to face, meet with team, how many rounds, etc)? Is there a test in the interview the candidate should be prepared for? 1 of 2 interview remote or in-person we will be determined after the initial first round phone call interview.
• What are the working hours, time zone? 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Hybrid with preferably 3 to 4 day per week in the office.
• What is the duration of this contract and is there a chance it will be extended? 6 months. Yes there is a chance.
• What training will be provided for this contractor and what are first day expectations? Alpha platform KT is going to be provided. Going through documentation and SQL.
• What is the day to day of the person going to look like? Please be specific. Working with various groups dev team, client implementation team, product team, solution any product gaps, strategic initiatives and end to end support.
• Please provide specific days/times that you are available for interview scheduling purposes. Any day and time based on my open calendar.
