Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (ICU RN)

Location: Sanford, FL US 32771

Salary: $33 – $48/hr (based on experience)

Shift Differentials: $4.50 nights; $1.50 weekends
Shift: Days & Nights available
Bonus: Up to $7,500 (Nights)

Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate ICU RN to provide critical care, monitor patients, and manage treatments in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor critical patients & vital signs
• Perform clinical assessments & interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families

Requirements

• 1+ year ICU RN experience (acute care)
• Active Florida/Compact RN License
• BLS (30 days), ACLS & PALS (within 6 months)
• NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days)
• ADN/Diploma (BSN preferred)

• 16 Beds | 1:1–1:2 Ratio
