We are urgently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with ICU/CVICU experience to join our dedicated team at Sanford, FL. This full-time position involves providing critical care to patients requiring close and frequent monitoring in an acute care setting. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clinical assessment in ICU/CVICU settings.
• Manage and implement individualized treatment plans autonomously.
• Continuously monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Health Records and other tools.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes.
• Support team members and participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize critical thinking and time management skills in high-pressure situations.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent ICU nursing experience in acute care.
• Registered Nurse Diploma or associate degree (BSN preferred).
• Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (compact license holders must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cardiac life support protocols (ACLS, BCLS/BCLS Instructor)
• Proficiency in patient monitoring and clinical assessment technology.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and compassionate patient care approach.
• Time management and ability to perform under pressure.
• Willingness to obtain NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of employment.
• Completion of PALS or PALS Instructor certification within 6 months of employment.

Additional Information

• Shifts: 12-hour day or night shifts with $4.50/night and $1.50/weekend shift differentials.
• Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 for day shift, $20,000 for night shift.
• Relocation assistance considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Patient-to-nurse ratio typically 1:1 or 1:2.
• Professional development includes certification support, regular training, and mentorship opportunities.
• Technology used includes Electronic Health Records, paper charting, mobile documentation tools, and advanced patient monitoring devices.
