Physical Therapist Assistant

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant Salary Range: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with a weekend rotation Facility: 115 bed skilled nursing facility offering long‑term and short‑term rehab We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to our patients. Key Responsibilities Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions Implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records Adhere to all state and federal regulations and ethical standards for physical therapy practice Qualifications Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant CPR certificationPrevious experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time‑management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services
