Concrete Foreman

Wil-Pav, Inc. is seeking an experienced crew lead who understands civil and structural concrete construction. Responsibilities Coordination of equipment, materials, and labor required to complete the project. Communication with management, staff, clients, and suppliers. Management of Crew Employee time entry, performance evaluations, and scheduling. Creation of project specific planning and execution methods. Oversight of job site safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Qualifications Experience in crew leadership. Experience in set-up, pouring, and finishing concrete. Working knowledge of Local, State, and OSHA safety requirements and guidelines. Strong understanding of A.D.A Requirements, testing, and inspection procedures concerning civil and structural concrete construction. Experience reading project plans and design materials.Bilingual communication skills while not necessary are a plus.
