Production Manager

Position Summary The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day work‑flow of jobs currently in production to ensure jobs are moved from beginning to completion timely and efficiently. Essential Job Functions Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s production efficiencies and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement. Recommends policies and procedures that will improve day‑to‑day operations. Plans, implements, evaluates, and monitors processes to ensure forecasts are achieved. Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to staff; answers questions, and maintains morale. Leads coordination and integration of efforts among multiple departments to produce smoother workflow and more cost‑effective business processes. Projects a positive image of the organization to employees and our clients. Qualifications Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Extensive and diversified business processes background with a strong ability to manage and drive performance. Proficiency in data analysis. Excellent managerial and diplomacy skills. Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders at all levels. Professional presence, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure. Project management skills.
