Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)

Unit Details:

• Weekend: Every Other
• Call: None
• Floating: Within facility/scope of practice and to Piedmont Macon Medical Hospital as needed

Minimum Experience: 2 years - Unit accepts first time travelers

Aya Offer: Once candidate has signed and confirmation sent, manager has 48H to review the profile/confirmation and determine if unit/schedule/expertise fit. *Aya Offer only available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines + meets specific facility requirements. RTO: MAX 7 days

Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below:

• Thanksgiving/Black Friday
• Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
• New Years Eve/New Years Day

Compliance: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule

#Tier1 Travel Compliance Piedmont Submission Rules:

• Local Candidates: Accepted at same bill rate
• RN Licensure: GA or Compact license required at time of submission
• Internal Return Rule: Perm/Per Diem/FCSS must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as a traveler
• Return Travelers: If cancel or facility DNR, traveler must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying + ensure profile reflects all time worked at Piedmont Health
• RTO Policy: ALL RTO MUST BE FINALIZED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION NO RTO OR SCHEDULE REQUESTS CAN BE REQUESTED POST OFFER OR ONSITE Max RTO: 7 days per contract Holiday RTO: Holidays (6) - Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year s Eve/Day If 1 2 holidays fall during assignment: No holiday RTO can be requested If 3 holidays fall during assignment: 1 holiday RTO may be considered
