AI Specialist

Salary: $92,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• We ask for at least three years of practical experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, or modern data science.
• We need experience coordinating enterprise technology programs, building governance structures, or overseeing vendor integration efforts.
• We require familiarity with implementing or assessing large language models, digital AI agents, or automated analytics platforms.
• We ask for a masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field, though equivalent deep technical experience may also be considered.
• We require candidates to reside outside restricted locations, including CA, NY, WA, and CO.
• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of regulatory standards, data access controls, and privacy considerations in highly regulated settings.
• Preferred qualifications also include hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Python, Power BI, cloud AI environments, or enterprise EMR architecture.

• We serve as the primary authority and strategic advisor across business and technical teams for potential artificial intelligence use cases.
• We manage the central inventory of emerging technology tools and lead recurring meetings with oversight committees.
• We assess third-party software vendors, ambient workflow tools, and automation systems to confirm alignment with risk, compliance, and privacy requirements.
• We work with cross-functional technical teams to review reporting workflows and uncover opportunities for advanced analytics integration.
• We collaborate with operational leaders and clinical staff to identify high-value use cases for large language models, automated digital agents, and decision-support tools.
• We produce detailed documentation, including workflow designs, operating guidelines, rollout roadmaps, and system performance assessments.
• We provide regular business-hours guidance and specialized support to internal technical teams handling data analytics and reporting tickets.
