Management Differentiator Many of our guests are friendly regulars from the neighborhood and community We are community oriented with strong relationships with schools, universities, recreation leagues, and local businesses We hire individuals who can use their own management style to achieve company objectives We offer a flexible 5-day work week Job Duties Execute Fricker’s brand of fun, food, sports and spirits Drive positive sales growth Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing all food-safety and sanitation standards Achieve optimal staff performance through clear expectations, training, scheduling, coaching, and enforcing policies Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies Recruit, select, and train quality team members Job Requirements At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual atmosphere Steady employment history with at least 2 professional references Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Positive, friendly demeanor with a customer/guest service focus Ability to stand and walk for long periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Compensation and Benefits Signing bonus of $1000 paid after 90 days Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) with matching contributions Rewards program Paid vacation and free meals Travel Travel to other locations within the region may be required.
