Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Glade Valley | Walkersville, MD $33–$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Glade Valley. Work alongside experienced therapy professionals while helping residents improve daily function, build confidence, and achieve greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.
