Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical Surgical to provide exceptional care for patients in an acute surgical setting. The role involves managing general surgical, vascular, extensive gynecological, colorectal, and trauma patients. Successful applicants should be adept at IV starts and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse surgical needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform IV starts and other essential nursing procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS Certification.
• NIH Stroke Certification.
• Valid RN Licensure in the applicable state.
