These tasks will include, but are not limited too, delivery of small volume nebulizers, drawing of arterial blood gases, maintaining artificial airways and mechanical ventilation. The therapist must be competent to deliver these therapies to all age groups ranging from perinatal to geriatric.Hiring Range: $27.90 - $61.79Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.$5000 to 10,000 Sign on bonus!! Position Qualifications:License/Certification/Education: Required:Must be a graduate of an AMA approved school of Respiratory Care.Licensed in the state of Massachusetts in respiratory careCurrent American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification for Healthcare Providers (BLSHP).Maintenance of CEU's in accordance with the regulation of licensure in the state of MassachusettsUnless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.Department-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments. The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job description. Responsible managers will review competencies with position incumbents.III.
