We would love to talk! As a CSR at Smylie One, you will provide exceptional service to our customers via phone and email. The ideal candidate must be a self‑motivated professional with excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Responsibilities Answering incoming phone calls Scheduling appointments Outbound calling to existing customers (No Cold Calling!)
