Apply deep expertise in Oracle PLSQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage to design, validate and optimize data driven capabilities that support strategic decision making and deliver measurable value to clients and society. 3.Experience : 7to9Yrs 4.Required Skills : ,IBM Infosphere Datastage,Oracle PL/SQL 5.Nice to have skills : 6.Technology : -Not Applicable 7.Shift : Day 8.Responsibilities : -Analyze complex business processes and requirements to define clear functional specifications that can be implemented using Oracle PLSQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage solutions -Collaborate with product owners and cross functional teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria that accurately reflect business priorities and value -Translate stakeholder needs into detailed data mapping and transformation rules that guide efficient development in Oracle PLSQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage -Partner with data engineers to design scalable data workflows that enhance data quality, availability and consistency for downstream analytics and reporting -Review and validate database objects such as procedures and packages developed in Oracle PLSQL to ensure alignment with business logic and performance expectations -Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios for data integration and application features ensuring that defects are identified early and resolved efficiently -Document end to end business processes data flows and system interactions in a clear and traceable manner so that teams can maintain and enhance solutions with confidence -Conduct structured gap analyses between existing systems and proposed solutions to recommend enhancements that improve customer and user outcomes -Provide analytical insights using structured data and business metrics to support decision making and to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation -Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth deployment of new releases while minimizing disruption and maintaining high service quality in a hybrid work setting -Prepare training materials and conduct knowledge sharing sessions to help stakeholders understand new features data models and process changes that impact their daily activities -Monitor production data jobs and key performance indicators to proactively identify issues and work with technical teams to implement corrective actions that protect business continuity -Align daily work with the organization purpose by focusing on data solutions that improve transparency efficiency and reliability for clients and communities -Qualifications -Possess a degree in information technology computer science engineering business management or a related field that provides a strong foundation in both technology and business analysis -Demonstrate seven to nine years of focused experience as a business analyst working on data driven projects within large enterprise environments -Show advanced proficiency in Oracle PLSQL including writing complex queries optimizing database performance and supporting data centric applications -Exhibit hands on experience with IBM Infosphere Datastage in designing implementing and maintaining extract transform and load processes for large scale data environments -Display strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a consistent record of converting ambiguous requirements into precise and implementable specifications -Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders using clear language and structured documentation that supports shared understanding and decision making -Apply knowledge of agile or iterative delivery practices to support incremental delivery of value while working collaboratively in a hybrid work model during regular day shifts 9.Job Location : Primary :USTXDAAA01 Dallas,TX-2626 Cole Avenue-COG Alternate : , 10.Job Type : 60CW00 Business Associate 11.Demand Requires Travel? : N 12.Certifications Required : NA 13.Work Model : Hybrid Years of Experience: 9.00 Years of Experience
