Revenue Manager AI/Technology Platform $150,000 - 1800,000 + Equity NYC; 4-5 Days on-site Key Responsibilities: Advisory & Client Partnership Establish authority on revenue management and pricing strategy to build trust and long-term professional relationships with clients. Advise clients on utilizing analytical tools to refine pricing decisions and optimize day-to-day operational workflows. Convert data insights into practical action , helping clients weigh trade-offs and execute effective leasing strategies. Product Development & Strategy Aggregate and refine client input , transforming observations into precise, executable requirements for technical teams. Influence the product roadmap by ensuring feature development stays grounded in the functional realities of revenue management. Guide the evolution of the software suite by identifying emerging industry needs and systemic trends across the user base. Implementation & Operational Scaling Manage the full client lifecycle , from initial configuration through to long-term feature adoption. Standardize essential processes by creating documentation, training modules, and playbooks that support efficient, scalable rollouts. Proactively manage risk by identifying implementation blockers early, resolving technical hurdles, and ensuring high standards for ongoing client success. Requirements Industry Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or asset performance roles within multifamily, real estate, or related sectors. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level understanding of the factors that shape pricing, including demand-side data, occupancy constraints, and the decision‑making logic behind rent setting. Client Advisory Skills: Proven success in delivering guidance to clients.
