Senior Manager, Project Management - Imaging

Senior Manager overseeing project management operations within clinical research imaging services. Provides strategic leadership to project managers and assistants while ensuring compliance, resource optimization, and alignment with corporate objectives across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical oversight to assigned project management team with mentoring and performance management
• Manage project workload, resource forecasting, and personnel allocation for team assignments
• Serve as escalation point for unresolved customer and cross-functional issues at project manager level
• Develop operational metrics, analyze financial data, and implement corrective actions to ensure profitability
• Lead strategic planning, risk assessment, and process improvement initiatives within the department

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, project management, business administration, or related field
• Extensive project management experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industries
• Supervisory or management experience required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills managing multiple concurrent projects
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels
• PMP or related certifications preferred
