Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, while remaining prepared for armed post responsibilities. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations by following established post orders and reporting procedures. Support cash handling and other sensitive operational areas through visible presence, routine inspections, and timely communication regarding security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree. Have 1+ year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Possess an armed guard card and/or license. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
