NOW HIRING General Labor - 1st and 2nd shift 10hr shifts with overtime   Our client is an aluminum and steel company specializing in laser welding systems, warehousing and logistics.  They are looking to add a General Laborer to their team.  In this role this person would be responsible for supporting operational efficiency including stacking materials and conducting quality checks ensuring quality standards are met throughout the processes.   Responsibilities: Safely load, unload, and stack aluminum and steel components and products in designated warehouse areas. Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to transport materials as needed. Conduct thorough quality checks on components and finished products to verify adherence to specifications. Identify, document, and report any defects or abnormalities in products or processes to supervisors. Assist technicians in preparing materials for laser welding operations, ensuring correct setup and alignment. Monitor the work area during welding processes to ensure safety and quality standards are followed. Help maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels and organization in the warehouse. Assist with the preparation of shipments, including packing and labeling, for outgoing products. Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents. Participate in regular safety training and compliance checks to maintain a safe working environment.   Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics preferred. Familiarity with handling aluminum and steel products is a plus. Basic understanding of laser welding processes or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail for conducting quality inspections. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs). Effective communication and teamwork skills. Basic math skills for inventory management and quality checks. Ability to stand on feet for long periods, bend, lift, and maneuver in a busy warehouse and manufacturing environment.   #INDLiv
