Production Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 17.00 to $ 17.40 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available (Monday through Sunday) Production Operator Positions open on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Load, and unload production machinery efficiently to manufacture parts. Monitor production processes to ensure output meets established cycle times. Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure all parts adhere to stringent quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Production Operator Qualifications: Preferred Experience & Skills: High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience as a Machine Operator. Experience in Assembly or manufacturing environments. Mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with Press Machine operations. Background in Quality Assurance or as a Quality Inspector. Work Environment: This role operates within a fast-paced Warehouse/Plant setting. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds frequently. Capability to stand for extended periods required.
