We are seeking a mid-level associate with 4 to 7 years of transactional experience to join our thriving business group. The group’s practice focuses on strategic transactions and financings for companies at all stages of the growth cycle in a broad range of industries, as well as general corporate representation including complex commercial contracting, and corporate governance. Responsibilities Work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level. Qualifications Mid-level associate with 4 to 7 years of transactional experience. Experience in corporate & securities, strategic transactions, and financings. Ability to handle complex commercial contracting and corporate governance matters. Compensation Range: $310,000 to $420,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
