Medical Lab Scientist

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist for our Free-Standing Emergency Room (FSER). In this role, you will perform routine and complex diagnostic tests in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and microbiology to support rapid, accurate patient care. Responsibilities include specimen collection and processing, operating and troubleshooting analyzers, validating and reporting results, and maintaining strict quality control and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with emergency clinicians, follow infection prevention and safety protocols, and contribute to a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning.
