Medical Lab Scientist

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist for our FSER facility. In this role, you will perform complex laboratory testing in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and transfusion services to support accurate, timely patient diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include specimen collection and processing, instrument operation, quality control, and adherence to CLIA and CAP standards. You will collaborate closely with physicians and nurses in a fast-paced emergency setting, troubleshoot analyzers, document results in the LIS, and contribute to continuous process improvements, all while upholding HCA’s culture of compassion, integrity, and patient-centered care.
