Marketing Associate

We are excited to announce the opportunity to join our world class marketing team as an associate. We are located in beautiful Sarasota, FL where the sun shines almost 365 days a year and is the home of one of the top beaches in the world! This is a full-time position with Aligned Dental Management. We are open to remote/hybrid for the right candidate, however, local candidate strongly preferred. What you will do: Generalist for all things marketing and responsible for maintaining all work and activities in accordance with strategic marketing plans and brand identity. Prepare written and graphic materials catering to specific areas of the dental industry for email campaigns, brochures, proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other packets to support Business Development pursuits. Coordinate with Marketing Director to ensure all programs are in sync with the objectives of the project. Collaborate with regional practices to ensure proper branding on all sites including printed materials, signage and digital marketing assets. Serve as a backup for all of social media postings and support regional social media postings. Participate in the yearly content calendar. Collaborate regionally for all ad hoc marketing initiatives that support the strategic marketing plan. Skills and Abilities: High level of proficiency with Adobe InDesign, and knowledge of Adobe creative cloud. Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook) and various presentation tools. Be creative and driven to explore new ideas Social Media management experience Capable of writing, creating, and/or acquiring new materials. Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of ongoing projects while working in a team environment. Ability to enhance or create graphics to complement marketing materials. Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of ongoing projects. Strong attention to detail.
