This contract position offers the chance to make a positive impact in the classroom, working closely alongside teachers and helping students thrive academically and socially. With a full-time schedule of 30 hours per week and a daily shift from 8:15 AM to 2:45 PM, you'll find both stability and meaningful work.

This assignment is expected to start Monday, with two immediate openings available. While initially offered as a short-term role, there is strong potential for extension through the entire school year.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be an on-boarded paraprofessional with prior school-based experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to support students with diverse learning needs in various classroom settings
• Professionalism and adaptability within fast-paced environments
• Reliability and commitment to fostering a positive school community

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to deliver instruction and reinforce lessons
• Provide individual or small group support to students
• Assist in maintaining a safe, supportive classroom atmosphere
• Help monitor student progress and behavior, offering encouragement and redirection as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP goal implementation
• Support students with mobility or personal care tasks if required
